Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use ColdPolish, your email text is temporarily processed to generate your sequence. We do not store your email content after generation is complete. If you subscribe, we store your email address to verify access. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card details.

How we use your data

Your email content is sent to the Anthropic API solely for the purpose of generating rewrites. It is not used for training, stored, or shared with third parties beyond what's necessary to provide the service.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand how the product is used (page views, feature usage). This data is aggregated and not linked to personally identifiable information. No data is sold to advertisers.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy), Anthropic's API for AI processing (subject to Anthropic's usage policies), Vercel for hosting, and PostHog for product analytics.
